Calling all Street food slingers!

The Wave is a slice of the ocean inland, where people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities can experience the joy of blue health and its many physical and mental benefits.

Our Food & Beverage department have set up street food popups just meter from the waves to serve our hungry surfers and visitors. We’re serving up freshly made pizza straight from our pizza oven and juicy burgers hand made on site.

You'll be trained to deliver our street food brands lakeside at The Wave:

• Working independently in our street food vans which include the Burger Box, Onda Pizza and Planet Burrito
• Producing made to order fresh food to a consistently high spec
• Carrying out health and hygiene check lists and tasks to keep the van sparkling clean
• Adhering to health and safety practices at all times and acting responsibly within our busy site
• HACCP practices such as temperature records, cleaning records and maintaining standards
• Stock management & rotation
• You will attain your food safety level 2 certification

Working in the van means being on the customer front line, getting to chat to our guests as they place and collect orders. So a polite and customer focused demeanour is essential!
