Textile Operative

The Hiring Heroes are proud to be supporting a West Yorkshire manufacturing company who prides itself on quality products and providing an excellent service to their clients.

In recent years the company has seen growth within the business and also the industry, and with that in mind are looking for Textile Operatives with an FLT license to aid in the progression going forward.

Job roles

• Monitoring the blending and dyeing of yarn.
• Working alongside other machine operatives to ensure smooth production.
• Quality control of finished production ensuring the blending and dyeing processes meet company and customer standards.
• Moving of stock.

This role is a good chance to work within an established company which also offers a company production bonuses after 12 weeks.

Textile experience preferable, however training could be offered for someone with the right working attitude.

The hours for this role are 6-2 and 2-10 Monday to Friday, the starting salary is roughly £10 however will rise to £10.42 after training and probation period is completed, this can be a matter of weeks.
