Thistle Seafoods are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join an established and important function within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with suppliers as well as dealing with other departments internally including the commercial, accounts and logistics teams.
The ideal candidates will be confident working within a small hard-working team and will be given a great deal of autonomy early on.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft excel and ERP systems.
- Confident speaking with both customers and suppliers on the phone.
- Raising PO’s and working closely with the finance team to assist with invoicing and processing invoices.
- Ensuring audit trails are maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinating information from different departments to ensure everyone has a real time picture of product flow.
- Work closely with a number of teams within the business as well as a few key suppliers.
Candidates must have the ability to prioritise a demanding workload and have strong organisational skills. They must be able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight time deadlines.
This position is Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.
