Reporting to: Chief People Officer

Line Manager to: HR Manager, HR Projects Manager, HR Advisor

Responsible for HR Team: HR Manager, 2 x HR & Recruitment Administrators, HR Projects Manager (Ringwood), HR Advisor (London)

Contract: Full-time, year round

Salary: £80-85k pa

Hours: Full-time

Holiday: 6 weeks plus bank holidays

Location: London Group office with occasional travel to other Schools (London) for meetings as required and occasional travel to Ringwood office. Some home working a possibility.
