Business EA - Family Office

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a superstar EA who is well-presented, switched-on and experienced to support a busy founder with both business and private office duties at their investment management firm. You will be required to be in the West End offices 5 days a week between 8am-6pm.

The Role

• Extensive diary, international travel, and meeting management on both corporate and private office side
• Coordinate with other family members and their PA’s
• Private property portfolio management
• Ad hoc projects when needed

The Candidate

• Great longevity in a similar role within both financial services (supporting C-suites) and family office (UHNWI) - this is a must!
• University degree
• Meticulously organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Strong admin skills
• Confident on Office 365 and Excel
• Experience with international travel and private property portfolio maintenance
• Great multi-tasking and teamwork skills
