Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled videographer to join our fast growing team.

Job Summary:

You will spend each day travelling to a variety of our clients around London to shoot content.

You will be in close communication with our team of in-house editors providing direction and revisions to achieve an outstanding quality of content to be delivered to our clients.

You would be responsible for creating compelling and engaging videos for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. The position requires the ability to shoot content that tells a story and connects with the target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality video content for social media platforms including but not limited to product demos, behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and develop a vision for their content.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in social media and digital marketing, and continually adapt strategies to remain competitive.
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio equipment to produce visually stunning content.
- Edit footage to create cohesive and engaging stories that align with the client’s brand identity.
- Work with the creative team to plan and execute shoots both in-studio and on-location.
- Manage and maintain equipment and ensure everything is in working order.
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in videography or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or another editing software (not necessary but helps)
- Knowledgeable in social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- High level of creativity and ability to think outside the box to create unique and innovative content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and shift priorities quickly.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed.
