Tin Fish Creative is a successful, multi-disciplined design agency in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, looking for an enthusiastic, ideas-led designer to join their team. You will have a diverse portfolio, reflecting proven design experience - preferably within the B2B sector.

We are looking for individuals who crave responsibility from the off, with a vibrant personality that will fit well in our team.

We work across disciplines –from brand identity, packaging, advertising and product literature to global exhibitions, digital projects and everything in-between. You will work on a variety of projects from concepts through to final artwork and should have strong knowledge of and capability in designing for print, web and packaging.

About You…

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the agency environment and be familiar with all the relevant studio processes, along with challenging and exceeding client briefs.

Candidates will naturally have a great eye for typography, the ability to think conceptually and to convey ideas effectively to both the team and to clients, along with a confidence to use initiative. Sharp attention to detail is a must.

A head full of ideas is crucial, along with an extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;

Essential:
InDesign
Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator

Preferable:
Working knowledge of After Effects

You should have a minimum of 5 years industry experience and be comfortable and prepared to to attend client meetings as required.
