We're currently recruiting a 32 hour per week Raceroom Operative for our Head Office!
The Job:
- Making a positive impact on every customer transaction, efficiently and effectively
- Problem solving and building excellent relationships over the telephone/ online, and providing a friendly, timely and professional service
- Building real connections, being dedicated to offering the highest customer's service
- Keeping up to date with each days live sporting events
We are here for our customers, during sporting events, so you'll need to be flexible and commit to working a rotating work pattern - Your hours of work will be between 9:00am to 9:30pm Monday to Sunday.

The organisation:
Toals is a family-run business, established in 1932 in Ballymena. Currently there are 50+ shops across every county in Northern Ireland and we offer a telephone betting service, which is available 7 days a week remotely.
We maintain our relationship with the local community by sponsoring Crusaders FC and the Co. Antrim FA.

Essential:
- GCSE Maths and English, at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Previous Customer Care experience OR excellent telephone skills
- Numeracy Skills
Desirable:
- Experience in Microsoft Office packages
- Keen Interest in Sport
- Customer care experience. Must be numerate and have excellent telephone or customer service skills.
