External Boat Builder
Our prestigious, manufacturing client, based close to Norwich are currently seeking a Boat Builder, to join their a highly reputable company.
This is a full time, permanent position, based in Wroxham.

- Can you take responsibility for meeting deadlines to ensure each boat is completed to schedule for its new owners?

If so, this could be the role for you!
As the boat builder, will be responsible for making and fitting various components across our range of boats and yachts, working to precise measurements and details.
Applicants will have relevant C&G qualifications and ideally at least two years’ marine industry experience, working with timber/GRP boats.
Main Responsibilities:
- Fitting ply bulkheads.
- Epoxy lay-up of sub assemblies.
- Fairing & finishing of final Composite Modules.
- Making and fitting cabin sole bearers.
- Cladding bulkheads with polished veneered ply.
- Making and fitting a variety of boat furniture.
- Fitting various fibreglass components.
- Making and fitting sole boards.
- Basic upholstery work on overhead panels etc.
- Making and hanging cabin doors.
- Levelling Boats
- Skin Fitting Installation, Deck Gear Installation and Teak Deck Installation
- Window, Portlight and Hatch Installation
