To deliver our ambition, we are now seeking a Head of Strategic Housing & Delivery. Leading on one of our critical corporate agendas, this role will be pivotal in developing our housing provision and shaping our steadfast direction of travel, to ensure that all our residents have access to good quality affordable homes, that meet their needs.

This role will expand our offer and capitalise on best practice through the delivery of our new Housing Strategy. We are therefore seeking credible housing professionals, who possess excellent knowledge of the housing sector, as well as the ability to inspire trust and have the interest of our residents at your heart. With significant operational and management experience in a relevant professional specialism, you will be able to inspire and influence change, evaluate risk and provide a considered roadmap of the future landscape for housing across Torbay.
