IT Solutions Technician Apprentice

TotalEnergies Marketing UK is based across 4 sites using Microsoft local and cloud infrastructures with VOIP telephony systems. Our five business lines: Lubricants, Bitumen, Special Fluids, Aviation and EV, bring a diversity of stakeholders, needs and targets.

We currently have an opportunity for an aspiring IT Solutions Technician to join our team and take on the apprenticeship we are offering. During this apprenticeship you will get the chance to learn and grow within our dynamic and supportive team based in Canary Wharf.

Learning points of this apprenticeship include but are not limited to:

• Incident management (Local & Remote)
• Inventory/asset management
• Build of laptops/mobiles
• New joiner/leaver process & matrix update
• SharePoint site administration
• Power Automate Development & Support
• Visits across all TEMUK sites for local infrastructure activities (project or run)

About you:

• Good organisation & communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Cyber security knowledge
• The ability to use your initiative and perform under pressure
• General knowledge of WAN\LAN network topologies
• General knowledge of Microsoft tools (0365,Power Automate, Power BI), ITSM platform (SNow), virtual solutions (VMware), MDM (MiraDore & InTunes), videoconference systems (ClickShare)

Salary: £21,000.00 per year
