Totally Branded are an experienced promotional and branded merchandise supplier based in Swaffham, Norfolk. Totally Branded supply brands globally with effective promotional products and branded clothing to help businesses advertise and promote their brand.

Due to expansion, Totally Branded are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing production team. Working in a busy, fast paced environment the successful applicant will possess a can-do attitude and will be responsible for applying print to promotional products using multiple printing machines to create personalised products.

You will be learning new technologies first and foremost, along with learning from the existing team members to gain an understanding of key departments, for example Direct to Garment Printing and UV Digital Printing to promotional products.

Totally Branded is a business that is very fast paced, and work to tight lead times for our customers. Our production team must have a can do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, all while maintaining the quality of the product produced.

Experience working within a Digital or Inkjet environment is very helpful but certainly not essential as full training will be provided. Flexibility is key to this position. Totally Branded operates various print and branding processes, and therefore opportunities will be given to expand your skills into other areas, providing further flexibility to the production department.

Digital Printing Operator

Your Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for applying prints to both clothing and promotional products, fulfilling customer orders and will be involved in all aspects of quality control.

• Running, setting up and maintaining a digital printing machine.
• Check customer job sheets for relevant information including, logos, sizes and products.
• Setting the print machines to the correct functions and loading with the correct materials.
• Liaising with the Line Manager.
• Quality inspection of products, packing, labelling and bagging items for dispatch.

Key Skills

• Previous print experience is non essential - full training will be provided.
• Knowledge of adobe suite software is an advantage for this role but non essential.
• Applicant must be accurate and check all details carefully to ensure the correct logo and colours are being printed.
• Be able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Be able to work on your own initiative.
• Be proactive.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organisation and time keeping skills.
• Flexible, open to learning new things.

Salary: £9.00 - £11 per hour.

Start Date: TBC

Hours: 9am - 5pm. Weekdays. Overtime available during busy periods.

Location: 57 Turbine Way, Swaffham, Norfolk, PE37 7XD.
