Reception Supervisor - The Trafalgar St. James

Part of Crimson Hotels, The Trafalgar St. James, Curio Collection by Hilton is a 5 Star hotel with 131 bedrooms including 3 signature suites, and a number of venues consisting of our unique Rooftop bar and Rockwell that pride themselves in the quality of food service that they provide.

Key Responsibilities

As a Reception Supervisor you will primarily be the first point of contact for guests during their stay and assist them with any enquiries to
ensure guests have the most comfortable stay.

You will also - but not be limited to:

• Train and assist other Front Office employees and to ensure the smooth running of the Reception desk;
• Aid and assist guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner, dealing with any complaints before they escelate to managerial level;
• Be fully aware of daily activities in the hotel;
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues in all departments of the hotel;
• Be able to take a reservation in the absence of the Reservations team ensuring that all information is correctly recorded;
• Take personal responsibility in a guest situation to ensure that it gets resolved efficiently and follow-up to ensure that the guest leaves feeling satisfied.

The ideal Reception Supervisor candidate:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality, sales, and service. Thorough knowledge of Hilton OnQ systems is a must.
