Bartender/Server

We are currently looking for bartenders/servers to join the team at our newest hospitality venue TRAPDOOR in the O2 Arena. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and an interest in food or flair for mixing delicious cocktails. They will also be experienced inhospitality, cash handling, highest standards of hygiene and have impeccable face to face customer experience.

About Trapdoor:

Trapdoor is one of the O2’s arenas newest hospitality venues. A bar and restaurant that embodies the coolness of the Bronx and eclecticism of London. Surrounded by varied art forms, from skateboards to live DJ sets, it is a visual, edible and audible treat for the senses.

Responsibilities:

• Must have a strong knowledge of classic cocktails
• Wine knowledge would be advantageous
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Understand the needs of your customers
• Be polite and respectful to customers
• Communicate with other staff members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary:

Up to £14 per hour + service charge dependent on experience
