Bench Hand Joiner

Up to £16ph, LE15 9TX, Monday to Friday day shift early finish Friday, Permanent, Pension, Free Parking, Immediate start

Due to continued success and expansion plans, our design and creation client has an exciting opportunity for a Bench Hand Joiner to join their team. You will providing joinery support within a busy workshop environment:

Producing products by reading drawings and materials
Assembling timber structures in a workshop
Operating Routers, Edge Bander, Planers, Table Saw Machines complying with Health and Safety requirements
Confidently select materials to achieve the most attractive and consistent quality standard of product
Assisting colleagues, working as part of a team to ensure work and production deadlines are met
We would expect the successful Bench Hand Joiner to be able to demonstrate the ability to create high quality products by utilising your joinery skill, be an excellent communicator and enjoy being part of a busy workshop team. You will be supported one to one to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Bench Joiner, Carpenter or a Joiner position.

You will be joining the company who have experienced fantastic growth since they established nearly 15 years, and has an enviable reputation in their specialist field. Working directly with the Workshop Manager, this roles offers variety on a daily basis. The organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality service, and they are keen to recruit a Bench Hand Joiner who strives to offer the same.

Monday to Thursday 7.30am till 4.30pm Friday 7.30am till pm

Up to £16ph depending on experience Regular overtime available at enhanced pay rate
