pet trainer

We are currently recruiting for a dog walker in Little Haywood Stafford. We require an experienced pet owner who is willing to walk our clients dog.

The role would be for a 60 minute dog walk on a Wednesday and Friday afternoon.

The vacancy advertised would be ideal for retired individuals, couples, animal lovers who want to keep fit, or people who cannot commit to having a pet on a full-time basis but love animals (especially dogs!) all the same. The role would suit someone looking for additional hours to fit in around their work or other circumstances such as child care.

Applicants must enjoy walking and be able to walk up to five miles at a time, and be prepared to walk in all weathers.

Dog walkers / sitters are required to have:

• A DBS for holding keys/entering client’s properties essential.
• Previous experience of pet sitting / walking, ideally professionally preferred.
• Driving License Preferred or living within walking distance of Puddle Hill, Hixon, Stafford due to lack of public transport.
• Be flexible and reliable
• Be a committed animal lover
• No past criminal convictions
