5 X SELF-EMPLOYED MULTI-DROP DRIVERS

TTS 24-7 Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the Uk’s largest independent family-run delivery companies with more than 200 vans on the road.

We will be working closely with the client as their recruitment advisor supporting all their recruitment needs.

This company stands out from the rest as respecting their Service Providers and supporting them on their Self-employed courier journey! This support starts right from initial interest to induction, loading training, app support and on-the-road driving support!

We are initially recruiting 5 x Self- Employed Courier drivers for their contract on-site at Linwood

The Role

• Self-employed Driver role.
• Drivers normally work, Monday to Friday 7 am -17.00.
• Pay is calculated per stop at £1.90 – so you are in control of your earnings potential, the more you deliver, the more you earn. Most drivers are carrying out about 70-80 stops per day.
• Typical earnings are circa £600 – £760 per week, and this is paid on the last Thursday of the month. You will receive a weekly breakdown of your earnings to keep track of your monthly earnings so there are no surprises!
• You will receive your own van, which can be used for personal use, fully insured, and at an amazing price of £50 per week deducted off your monthly invoice (all breakdown details be explained at induction).
• Company scanner provided to enable you to carry out your round with assistance and support.

Daily Responsibilities

• Scanning Parcels through Scanner onto your van
• Planning route with the assistance of your Scanner or your own planning
• Setting the Customer ETA
• Carrying out the deliveries and some collections
• Taking safe place pictures at each location
• Recording Geofencing data
• Sending delivery update reports to your depot

Ideal Service Providers

• Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 2 years
• No more than 6 points or convictions code of DR,IN,CD
• Flexible and reliable, enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Have the drive and determination to succeed as a Self-employed driver
• Experience would be beneficial in multi-drop but we can support new couriers to the industry with the right attitude.
• Excellent Customer Service skills
