- Car Driver and owner essential as your role includes visiting Clients throughout the day in their own homes
- IT literate as you will be involved in assessments including the use of our Care Planner Software
- You will be working closely with the Registered manager, you will be responsible for the development of the business and ensure compliance at all times.
- You will be responsible for the delivery of Good standard care, compliance with CQC
- You will have exceptional communication and management skills to support and and coach our team. Enabling support workers/care assisitants
- Oversee compliance in line with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Keeping up to date with changes in legislation, policy, and regulations.
- Implementation of robust recruitment processes designed to safeguard; support and develop individuals and work towards a high retention ratio.
- Liaise with Regulators, Clients, Social Workers and other Associated Professionals or relevant others to ensure good communication and best practice always.
- Continually assess the quality of the service delivered, implementing appropriate quality assurance processes in line with policies and contractual and regulatory standards.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that on-call is covered outside office hours, including holding the phone as part of the on-call rota.
- Line manage all staff employed, arranging training programmes, monitoring performance, and demonstrate leadership inspiring the team to achieve the highest possible standards.
- Willing to learn and develop if this is first time in management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
