Your role

Take on responsibility to manage Cyber and Information Security policies and controls in line with industry good practice and regulatory & technology developments. Do you have proven ability to partner with a wide range of stakeholders and to assess web, cloud and email security risks?
We’re looking for Cyber & Information security professional to:
  • perform risk assessments and control access to web and cloud resources.
  • Maintain and improve cyber security controls, processes, policies and programs in place to protect our clients and the firm.
  • help the team shaping and delivering high-quality service offering by fostering customer-centricity, operational excellence, and end-to-end accountability
  • build and develop long-term relationships with security professionals and other stakeholders across the bank
  • collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams from different geographies and business divisions to on change initiatives and quality control
  • gain further specialization within your field, with aims of becoming a subject matter expert.

Your team

The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) organization protects, preserves and prolongs the value of UBS data and digital services and therefore enhance UBS’s brand and competitiveness in a digitized world. The CIS Strategy and Policy Specialist is a member of the CIS policy service organization that maintains a team of security experts who serve as a liaison between CISO, the business divisions, and technical delivery functions. Having diverse backgrounds, all team members appreciate to deliver solutions to challenging problems by leveraging entrepreneurial, forward-thinking and collaborative working attitude. We provide you the opportunity to build management skills and close relationships with a team that respects you and is fun to work with.

Your expertise

  • Solid understanding of Cyber & Information security context, ideally specialized in one or more security domains, such as IAM, Application Security, Data Protection, or Infrastructure Protection
  • Team player leveraging excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently towards tight deadlines while consistently delivering high quality results
  • Strong interpersonal skills including and experience of communicating complex concepts effectively, appropriately tailored to stakeholders from a range of technical backgrounds and seniorities
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects, both as subject matter expert and in a project management role
  • In-depth Professional experience working in IT or cyber & information security. Consulting background or substantial experience within the Financial Industry with a focus on Cyber & Information Security and relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, SCRUM or equivalent would be advantageous.
