We're looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to:

  • Execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and compete manner
  • Understand the risks associated with your business and function.
  • Work across teams and functions to get the best solution or course of action.

Your team

You will be working in the Voluntary Corporate Actions Processing team in London. We are responsible for the processing of all voluntary corporate actions deadlines within the EMEA region from event announcement up to and including deadline processing before they are handed over to our specialist payments team.

Day to day you will be dealing with internal stakeholders such as trading desks, client service teams and middle office representatives as well as prime brokerage clients, market counterparties and agent banks.

The Corporate Actions Specialist can also act as direct contact and problem solver for clients and business partners.
