Site Engineering Manager

The National Standards and Quality and Safety are recruiting for a Site Engineering Manager on a fixed-term appointment until May 2024 to manager and ensure all contracting and operational engineering maintenance requirements of buildings, plant, utility and infrastructure projects are specified to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety and quality standards.

You will be responsible for providing technical advice to the wider specialist microbiological sites to ensure all engineering systems within the site operate efficiently on a day to day basis and remain compliant with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. Carry out root cause analysis where systems fail. In addition, you will actively support the management of FMD in their daily operations carrying out audits for financial, commercial and technical.

You will be adept at applying and adapting project methodologies, but not at the expense of delivery and will be able to demonstrate a strong record of getting the job done.

You are expected to hold a degree qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or other constructional function which is an essential qualification or this role.
