We're looking for a Trainee Manager to support and work with senior executives. The trainee manager will need to develop strong management skills, and will also be responsible for working with other staff to gather and analyse information and developing strategies and plans of action. The successful candidate will be responsible for mastering the entire management process, including motivating and leading teams of employees, scheduling responsibilities and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Starting from the bottom learning about the business and basic sales then moving onto.
- Support team members and lead from the front to build a solid team within the company
- Manage the responsibilities and resources of individual team members.
- Deal with day to day targets and goal setting for the team members to achieve the best possible results from them.
- Provide feedback to managers.
- And work directly with the office manager to learn how the day to day running of the office is structured.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
