Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Full Time and Permanent position -Warrington Based
Salary: £22,600 + £1,200 attendance bonus + plus bonus
Working hours:
Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm- No weekends
Role:
Inbound calls from new and existing customers
Dealing with questions and queries
Changing account details
Setting up direct debits/ Taking payments
Offering advise on the best product or service
Working towards upsell targets /Inbound calls
Resolving customer complaints and issues
