Position Overview & Specifications

Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor:

You will be speaking to customers daily
Helping them with any issues they may have and aiming to resolve as quickly as possible
Taking payments or setting up direct debits
Finding the correct product or service for the customer
Working towards KPI's - No sales targets!

The office is located walking distance from bus stops, both Warrington train stations and also offers free on-site parking.

Hours:
Hours: Work on a rotational shift pattern

Week 1 - Monday to Friday between 8.30 to 5.00pm
Week 2 - 4 days Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Salary/ Bonus:

£23,872

Bonus

Attendance - paid each quarter £300, need 95% attendance
Up-Selling - NO SALES TARGETS, current team average £200 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
