Summer Receptionist
The University of Aberdeen is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and customer focused team member in a front facing role.

The role will form part of the Estates & Facilities section within student accommodation.
Approximately 2500 students are currently housed in University owned or managed accommodation.
The post holder will provide reception cover and will be the first point of contact with students, staff and visitors ensuring a positive and friendly environment is created and maintained, answering general enquiries
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. It is essential that you have excellent organisational skills as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. You should be a good team player but will also be expected to work with minimum supervision and prioritise your own work. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required for this role and the ability to learn other software systems used by the University.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 2, £21-134 - £21,761 per annum (pro rata), and negotiable with placement according to qualifications and experience.
