The role
The University’s Hospitality Services provide a range of services to students, staff and visitors. This includes catering, vending, bars, cafés, meeting rooms and banqueting.
The role of Café Bar Supervisor will assist with the day-to-day management of University Retail café and bars.
What will you be doing?
The post holder will supervise the provision of both food and beverage services within designated retail outlets in line with operational standards.
They will oversee the daily opening of the retail outlets and ensure that the different operational areas are correctly prepared at the beginning of the working day and shut down.
You should apply if
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within a catering environment and is barista trained.
The ability to work without direct supervision is essential.
Hold a Basic Food Hygience Certificate or equivalent.
Computer and IT basic skills.
Additional information
35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (Full-time)
