We are seeking a motivated, organised and collaborative School and Colleges Liaison Assistant, to support the University of Lincoln’s Marketing and Recruitment team. The role of School and Colleges Liaison Assistant is an important role which will aid in the delivery and student recruitment for the University.

The post holder will provide administrative support to colleagues across the Schools and Colleges liaison team and various colleagues across the broader student recruitment team, specifically with regard to finance, enquiry management, conversion, postgraduate, children’s university and campaign management.

Pivotal to the role will be to act as a finance assistant for the department to facilitate purchases. This includes undergoing training in purchasing techniques to be able to: facilitate the purchase choices of the team, effectively utilise the purchase system, follow process, request appropriate approvals, reconcile purchase receipts, and support with supplier queries and disputes.

This exciting post requires someone who is organised and self-motivated, whilst being able to provide support to the team and ensure that they are well-prepared for events and activities, which happen on campus and across the UK.
