Position Overview & Specifications
This position forms part of an interdisciplinary team working with computer scientists on the E.P.S.R.C Programme Grant ¿Digital Navigation of Chemical Space for Function¿ to develop a new approach to materials design and discovery exploiting both machine learning and symbolic AI, demonstrated by the realisation of new functional materials. The project combines experimental and computational approaches. We welcome applications from ambitious researchers with the skills to contribute to the project goal across chemistry, physics and materials science. The post is available for 3 years.
