Position Overview & Specifications

Salary: Grade 4: £24,715 - £28,131 (pro rata)
Contract Type: 2 Year Fixed-Term
Hours: Part time - 24 hours (minimum 3.5 hours per day Monday - Friday)
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kellogg College Finance team as a Finance Assistant. The role will involve the maintenance and enhancement of the College's online payment platforms, ensuring all income received is correctly allocated and accounted. Reporting to the Assistant College Accountant, you will be an integral part of a small team.
About you

You will have experience of financial administration in a working environment and be competent using Microsoft Word and Excel. You will also have strong organisational and communication skills, be able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
You will be joining the University of Oxford’s most international college, with a unique mix of students: it is the University’s leading college for students reading for degrees on a part-time basis and has a strong and vibrant body of full-time students. The College’s wider academic community includes members drawn from across the full range of academic disciplines in the University.
