Salary: £28,781 to £32,595 pa inclusive of London Weighting Allowance

The University of Roehampton is recruiting to the role of Web and Digital Engagement Assistant to join our Web & Communications team.

We are looking for a Web and Digital Assistant to help us deliver our communication and engagement activities. This position plays an important role in ensuring the channels for communication and maintained and utilised to the fullest.

This role is a perfect fit for someone with a passion for IT and marketing. The successful candidate will work on curating content, contribute to the development of digital marketing activities and work with the wider communications team and university stakeholders to help support communication activities.

Key responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for technical issues relating to the University website, provide usage and analytical reports as required, train and induct others to the University website and internal communication channels, and support the Web Development manager in maintaining the University’s web presence.

The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal skills, all round IT skills, include MS windows packages, PowerPoint and Photoshop). Ideally they will have experience in communicating with a wide and varied audience and a history in using social media.
