We have an exciting opportunity in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering for someone looking to use their skills and experience in office administration and effective communication to provide support across our department.
We are looking for someone with previous administrative experience of working in a busy office environment, along with excellent IT skills, and a confident communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You will join the Professional Service Team in our large and diverse academic department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. You will work in a well-connected team which has world-leading teaching and research at its heart.
This role offers a great opportunity to utlise your existing skills whilst gaining experience across a broad range of University administrative functions. This role will require focus on different areas depending on the time of the year, and in accordance with business need. We are therefore looking for someone who has a flexible and agile approach to their work, as well as excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
