Would you like to play a key role in the HR administration of staff at the University of Southampton?
We need an Administrative Officer to join the HR Transactions Team to help deliver the University’s strategy. You will be involved in updating HR records, issuing contractual change letters and upholding data integrity. Although previous administration experience is an advantage, we are looking for motivated individuals who are keen and willing to learn new skills and systems.

Our HR department is committed to the highest quality in everything we do and we want you to be part of that. Our HR department works across Highfield Campus and One Guildhall Square, but your main work location will be One Guildhall Square. Both offices have easy access to public transport, restaurants, coffee shops and a University gym.
There will also be an opportunity to work flexibly from home, but you will be required to come into the office at least once a week.
The expected hours of work for this full-time role are 9am - 5pm.
As part of our commitment to your well-being, we offer an occupational pension scheme and generous holidays (20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and 6 University closure days).
