Position Overview & Specifications

The International Education Institute (IE) at University of St Andrews is recruiting for a full-time Administrative Coordinator (Online Short Courses) post, focused on supporting the growth of online short courses across the University. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Why work for IE? IE has developed a reputation for excellence in education at an institutional, national and international level, with a particular focus on EAP (English for Academic Purposes), TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and International Education. Our specialist/administrative team is a key driver of this success, with an active role in promoting programmes, supporting applicants and students, and ensuring that institute-level systems and processes function smoothly to provide the best student experience possible.

This post offers a supportive working environment, opportunities for collaborative professional development with academic and specialist/administrative staff, and opportunities to work with staff across the University on online short course development.

Why work at University of St Andrews? St Andrews is one of the oldest universities in the English-speaking world, and is consistently one of the UK’s highest ranked institutions. The Guardian 2023 university rankings placed St Andrews 1st overall in the UK.
