Contract Type: Permanent / Fixed Term / Temporary

Hours of Work: Full time (35 hours) / Part time (negotiable hours) Flexible working available

Salary: £10.90 per hour

About the role:

We are looking for a fun and dynamic individual to become part of our YUSU commercial team, working within our catering venues based on the campus of the University of York.

The University of York Student Union (YUSU) is a charity that is run for, and by, the 19,000 students at the University of York. From our hard-working teams at our award-winning venues to our CEO, we all share the same goal - to put students at the heart of everything we do.

As a member of our team you will be required to work to help deliver a great customer and student experience in all our venues. You will be working alongside our current team of brilliant full-time and student staff, playing a key role in this hard-working, motivated and dynamic department.

Working Christmas & New Years? Not with us! Working split shifts or consistent weekends? Not with us! We are also happy to explore with you full time, part time & term time only contracts.

This is a new position for the organisation and therefore it can be molded to suit the successful candidates needs. We are able to offer complete flexibility to candidates and the contract type will be based on the candidates preference and experience.
