USS Ltd located in Halesowen require a steel operative, experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided. Your duties will include the following:
- Weighing, banding and packing of slit steel coil
- Using pneumatic banding tools
- Using an overhead crane - full training for license will be provided
- Variable day time working hours, currently between 6:00 & 18:00
- Overtime may be required
- Working safely in line with the company's health and safety management system
- Long term permanent position
- Basic rate of pay is £11.00 per hour & £14.85 per hour for any overtime worked
