Immigration Assistant

Job duties:
- Handling queries from existing and new clients over the phone and email
- Assisting with immigration law inquiries
- Working closing with Immigration consultants
- Supporting the team with preparing documents, files and paperwork
- Collating information and documents to assist with creating cases
- Developing reports
- Assisting with general office duties
- Degree educated
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in the immigration field (please note this is not a law firm, if you are seeking to progress to a solicitor then this is not the right role for you, this more suitable to individuals are open to alternative legal / professional services careers)
- Strong organisation, literacy and numeracy skills
