Production Team Leader

Vanrath are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join our international plastic manufacturing client based in Newtownabbey, Co Antrim.

Reporting to the Production Manager you will provide leadership to a team of people in all aspects of production, training, health & safety, quality, appraisals and projects. You will have a day-to-day responsibility for achieving the high standards of production and quality required within the departments.

Working hours

· Continental shifts on a 2-week rotation (2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights, one weekend on followed by one weekend off)

· 8am – 8pm & 8pm – 8am

Basic salary is £32,000 and you will also receive a shift allowance (call office for more information on this). Please note you will have to complete an aptitude test as part of the interview process.

Criteria

· 1+ years’ experience in a Production Team Lead/Supervisor role within a high speed manufacturing environment

· Ideally hold a management qualification (desired)
