Book keeper Full or Part time Small Digital Travel Business

We are looking for a bookkeeper who can confidently apply their skills within our leading digital travel business.

As a small business we can offer the flexibility to mould the role to your preferences; involvement in other areas of the business alongside your bookkeeping role OR a focus to hone your bookkeeping skills in a small company. You can also choose to work full or part time. Please note that this is a bookkeeping role and not an accounting position.

This year, we are launching a unique B2B digital platform that will transform our business and the industry.

The Role

We are looking for an Accounts Officer/Bookkeeper to work with our highly agile team. We would welcome someone who understands numbers and trends along with a strong commercial orientation, who can handle everything from basic book-keeping to business analytics. Regular duties will include everything from day-to-day book-keeping, VAT preparation and cashflow management to budgeting and liaison with our external accountants.

What do we offer you?

• Salary from £23,000 - £30,000 (pro rata for part time)
• Hybrid working may be an option after 6 months
• Office in central Windsor with good public transport and road links
• Part-time hours (2-4 days a week)
• Flexible hours (early starts or later hours if needed)

What do you need to apply?

• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
• Agile mind, committed work ethic, resilient and be an obsessive organiser
• A keen eye for spotting commercial opportunities
• Ability to assume full responsibility for your work
• XERO or other accounting software skills
• Highly competent at Microsoft Office with particular expertise in Excel
• Live within an easily commutable distance of Windsor

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
