How much can you earn

Our Partner Agents earn 40% of the fee, our average is £15,000, so by selling just 2 properties per month you can earn up to and over £144,000 per year. Earnings are uncapped and we have Agents charging much higher fees, selling 4 or 5 properties per month and earning significantly more.

What you do:
Partner Agents can focus on the four main income producing tasks which are, Prospecting, Listing Properties, Selling Properties and Negotiating offers, which is what most Agents enjoy doing and are good at.

What we do:
Our role is to take care of pretty much everything else like administration, dealing with calls, booking appointments, marketing, sales progression and all the other stuff that Agents either don’t like to do or are not so good at doing. We will provide you with all the tools, support and help you need to be a successful estate agent, earn a great income and enjoy a better work/life balance.
