As the Starbucks Team Leader, you will be supporting the Starbucks manager in ensuring that the team are recruited, trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service to both Starbucks and Village Hotel Club brand standards. You will be in charge of ordering the correct levels of food and beverages to reduce wastage and increase profitability so planning and organisation is key!
