If you're a recent Grad (or about to be) and fancy yourself as a future banking buff who makes customers, colleagues and communities happier about money - we've got just the thing.

Being a Virgin Money Brand and Marketing Graduate will get your career off to a flying start. Over two years, we will give you the pick of 4 x 6 monthly placements, tasting different marketing divisions and learning a range of skills. At the end of your rotations, you’ll step up into one of our Brand or Marketing teams, and put your experience to work. We have 2 graduate positions available in our department.

Our Grads will join our expert teams and get to grips with a whole host of brand & marketing specialisms including:

• Strategy and Planning
• Media Planning and Buying
• Social Media
• Campaign Management
• Creative Development
• CRM
• Customer Insight
• And much more

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has (or track for) a 2:2 degree or higher
• Is up for learning new things and putting them into practice
• Has a great attitude, sense of ambition and is big on joining in, speaking up and looking for new ways to make changes
• Has a passion for brand and marketing
