London-based Runner/Liaison Assistant

Are you looking for an active role in the hustle and bustle of the city?

Viva la Visa is an internationally-renowned company working predominantly in the entertainment industry with touring musicians, but also in Fashion, TV, Film and Theatre. We provide visas and immigration documents to travellers across the globe and our ever-increasing client base includes Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Sir Elton John, Dua Lipa amongst others.

We are URGENTLY looking for a London-based Runner/Liaison Assistant.

The ideal candidate would be organised, punctual, friendly, communicative, able to think on their feet and energetic!

Although London-based, you would be in constant communication with our friendly office team in Suffolk. Training is given and once you know the ropes, the team will continue to support you.

The main duties are to:

• courier documents
• submit passport applications
• hand-deliver packages

AND:

• to offer a Meet and Greet service for US embassy applications - this is where your personality needs to SHINE, to put our clients at ease!

We are open to freelance work or an employed position and hours can be negotiated - as we are keen to meet as many possible new candidates as we can.

The job is likely to based on:

• 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday with some possible occasional weekend work)
• A salary of £25k (pro rata)
