Location: Newbury (Blended home working)

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri)

What will you be doing?

You will take a key role in ensuring the Network Development (ND) department deploys more infrastructure, in less time, by improving processes and surpassing quality targets. You will take the lead role in capturing and making sense of the process landscape for Network Development. In the role you will support a range of process modelling and improvement initiatives, cooperating with Network Development teams, Partners, Suppliers, Vendors, and other parts of Vodafone. Consult on best practice process management and design principles using BPMN2.0 on Aris. Shore up gaps in the core business process collateral to establish a comprehensive Business Process Architecture

Who are we looking for?

For this role we are looking for the following skills and attributes :

• Takes a structured approach, and has strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, with good problem-solving skills
• Experience of modelling processes in process management tool, such as Signavio, ARIS, Visio
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
