Support Workers and Senior Team Leaders

Vogue Future Living Ltd is a family run care provider which specialises in providing bespoke care and support packages to young adults with a wide range of disabilities and learning needs.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit Support Workers and Senior Team Leaders to work in our Northamptonshire provisions.

We are looking for individuals who are hard working but also passionate about supporting others in a residential setting as well as out in the community.

This is a flexible working role where individuals are required to be able to work unsupervised. There are various shifts available to workers whether that be day or night, dependant on availability.

There are both full and part-time positions available to suit the right candidate.

Prospective candidates must have a good knowledge of CQC requirements and have a proven track history of working in a similar role.

Job description

· Support Worker roles

· Senior Team Leader roles (rate of pay negotiable depending on skills and experience)

· Location – Northampton and surrounding areas

· Rates of Pay - £9.50 - £11.00ph

Duties include:

· Providing companionship

· Supporting adults out in the community such as GP appointments, food shopping etc

· Prepare and cook meals with residents where required

· Assist with medication where required

· Fun days out in the community - (For example, Warwick Castle, Cadbury's World etc.)

What are we looking for?

· Individuals that have experience in a similar role or setting – this is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided

· A full clean driving license is desirable, but no essential

· Workers that are enthusiastic about helping others

· An enthusiastic, motivated and compassionatie approach to care

· Reliability and good timekeeping skills

· Experience with relevant qualifications in health and social care
