Salary Range - £32,000 - £36,000 dependent on experience

If you are an energetic, experienced Recruiter then we have a great opportunity for you to join our Recruitment Team based in Warwick. With your strong In-house/Agency background this is a role where you can apply your creativity and expertise in Talent Acquisition.

You will have the desire to support a wide set of stakeholders and have excellent communication and orgnanisation skills. You will manage a busy workload and have the ability to project plan and organise varying demands across all Volvo Group Brands.

Our People Services team is part of the Global People & Culture organization and is made up of Recruitment, HR Administration and Payroll. The teams are focused on delivering the best service for the business aligned with the Volvo Group’s core values Customer Success, Trust, Passion, Change & Performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be a coach and advise managers on every part of their hiring process from advert to offer, own the process. Use your knowledge of employment legislation to ensure our process remains free from bias and drives diverse hiring.
  • Proactively manage recruitment, use your sourcing skills to find talent and your social media skills to make unknown talent warm.
  • Work closely within the team to ensure candidates have a good experience
  • Develop strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
  • Be passionate about Volvo Group Brands – learn, embody and reflect the culture of each brand to potential employees.
  • Be creative – write enticing advert copy and create employer branding content for our social media and website using global EVP tools and career branding.
  • Report on KPI’s and holistic data such as the monthly recruitment survey.
