Visa Consultant

Job Role and Company Summary:
We are a Turkish Visa Application Centre (Voya Visa) handling the daily paperwork for the Turkish Consulate General. We are based in Shoreditch and our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am till 6:00pm. We are a small team and we require an additional Turkish and English Speaking Consultant to join us.
We are in need of an Immigration and Visa Consultancy who can handle Visa Applications for all kinds of travel purposes including; Work permit, Installation, Excavation, Tourist, Health Visas. Prior experience may be useful for this role. You must be able to respond to phone calls and emails in a professional manner and be flexible with working at both our office and at the Turkish Consulate. You will be Self-Employed and will be earning 2000 GBP per month.

Upon acceptance, you will have a period of 3 months trial for suitability for the role. We may decide that you are unfit for the role. Our application system is straight forward and will require you to understand visa requirements and to keep up with alterations to immigration roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* The main part of your role will be to process all passport and visa forms received on a daily basis for clients traveling to Turkey. You will be responsible for checking all visa application forms for accuracy and printing off documents to support the individual visa applications.
* Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork and verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
* Immigration officers need to be assertive and have confidence in their own judgement while being fair and impartial.
* excellent formal communication and interpersonal skills when talking to people with limited English language ability.
* Work as part of the operations team to take calls on the visa line to help with enquiries from both travel agents and direct customers.
* Assist with phone calls and emails from clients. Remain Professional and Formal at all times.

* Demonstrated professionalism and discretion and experience in working with highly confidential information.
* To be aware that the Consultant is working for the Turkish Consulate and Government and must remain Diplomatic at all times.
* To assist the Client/Director with daily paperwork, including additional services and must be flexible with longer hours.
