Purpose:

Assisting all Sales Executives in the day-to-day administration of Holiday Home Sales. Ensuring that all essential paperwork is completed correctly in line with the appropriate guidelines. Supporting the team in all aspects of their jobs.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Organising & conducting siting meetings with the wider team
• Ordering of decking Salfor new sales
• Conducting welcome meetings with new purchasers
• Running of paperwork for new deals
• Chasing debt for ongoing sales
• Organising of factory stock and incoming transport
• Creating stock and placing onto internal system parcvu
• Finance proposals & finance pay outs
• Collating and checking paperwork for commission payments
• Trading off used stock and organising bids
• Purchase orders for the sales department
• Organise handover cleans for new owners
• Organising cleaning & dressing of show vans
• Key ordering & sales keyboard for stock vans
• Answering customer sales & finance queries via email/phone/meetings
• General sales support for the team
