Location: West Molesey, Surrey

Salary: up to £24,000pa

Job Type: Full Time (three month trial period prior to permanent contract)


Absowebly (WebskillsUK) is looking for an SEO Specialist to join our vibrant team. We are an expanding, top tier web software provider with a highly independent web consultation and online marketing division.


Working on various website projects, you will have copywriting skills, knowledge of search engine affairs and ranking strategies. You will review and analyse sites metrics to develop effective strategies.


Role Objective:

• To help develop and grow SEO as a core acquisition channel
• Provide support to the Account Manager and Account Director
• To contribute to the SEO team blog, forums and other publications
• Provide monthly SEO recommendations for clients
• Monitor and evaluate campaigns and determine success against agreed targets to include weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI reporting

You would also be involved in pushing forward Social Media Strategy for the company internal brands:

• vForums
• Surrey-Online.co.uk
• Top-Content
• 4Action

You would be required to follow new SEO developments and incorporate them into campaigns.


Experience/Skills Required:

The ideal candidate will have traceable SEO experience, a working knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP. You must be familiar with Google Analytics and other web tracking packages and have experience in data analysis. When managing SEO campaigns you will have HTML skills to implement SEO, data manipulation skills and you must be strategic thinker and a creative problem solver.
