Production Operator

Do you have experience in Production, and want to join rapidly growing global company involved in the manufacture and supply of components used in the medical device and drug delivery industry? If so, we urgently need permanent Production Operators to start as soon as possible in our St Austell Plant. All our employees are offered training and development and career progression. We recently achieved Investors in People Gold.

We offer £25,000 which includes a 15% shift allowance. You will also be eligible to participate in the 5% plant bonus scheme and Company.

You'll be a highly valued member of our team, using your skills and attention to detail to produce medical products to a very high standard. You need to be confident at being able to complete paperwork and following health and safety guidelines, as well as following procedural instructions. Full training and an induction will be provided.

The working hours are 40 per week and all roles are on a 3 shift 5 day rotation:

Monday to Friday - Morning Shift: 06.00-14.00, Night Shift: 22.00-06.00, Afternoon Shift: 14.00-22.00 (additional overtime is often available but not guaranteed)

Workwear is provided, along with all PPE.

The successful applicants will be responsible for producing a variety of products from moulding presses to cutting and punching presses, and will be expected to work as a team to ensure that our customer requirements are met.
