Description

Food Wholesaler supplying pubs, restaurants, cafes, tea rooms, Nursing Homes and Schools in East Anglia. they are currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant apprentice.

Main duties include:

• Order Picking and checking
• Goods In – checking and putting away of deliveries
• Warehouse tidying and cleaning
• Online orders picking and packing
• Food Safety Compliance

Day to day contact: Other warehouse staff and Head Of Operations

Entry requirements

GCSE Maths and English at grades 4 or above desirable.

Training to be provided

• The learner will be studying the Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
• Day release to West Suffolk College.
• Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held.
